Description

We are inviting applications for the position of PPC Specialist/Paid Search in our Advertising Client. The role involves developing, implementing, and managing effective paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversions. This contract employment opportunity involves close collaboration with our marketing team to align strategies with the company's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement paid advertising strategies across multiple digital channels such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to optimize campaign performance and achieve KPIs

Create compelling ad copy, graphics, and landing pages to resonate with the target audience and drive conversions

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per acquisition (CPA)

Identify trends and insights to continuously optimize campaigns and improve ROI

Execute A/B testing on ad creatives, messaging, and audience targeting to identify the most effective strategies

Collaborate with internal teams such as content, design, and analytics to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all paid media channels

Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge

Provide regular reports and analysis on campaign performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement

Ensure compliance with changes in digital advertising regulations and relevant policies.

Requirements

Proven experience in managing PPC (Pay Per Click) campaigns across multiple platforms
Proficiency in Bing, Facebook Insights, Google Ad, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Ads
Experience with Bing Ads campaign planning and auditing
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret extensive data to actionable strategies
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred, but not required
Prior experience in the Advertising industry is a plus
