Job Details
The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage innovative monitoring tools, and technical specialists. They must have the ability to implement rules and alerts on various tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Solarwinds and SCOM.
- Hands on experience working with Dynatrace, Splunk or similar observability tools
- Strong skills for querying and analyzing large log files
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Splunk Dashboards, Dynatrace Data Explorer, ServiceNow Event Management Dashboard, AWS monitoring tools)
- Familiarity with data mining and trending analysis
