Job Description Summary
We are seeking for a highly motivated and skilled Lead Full Stack Developer with deep expertise on Back End and Front End Services. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership in guiding a team of developers through all stages of the SDLC. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure scalable, high-performance systems that meet evolving business needs for the Supervisory Technology group.

This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds - flexibility and collaboration. In-office days will be 2-3 averaging 10-12 days per month in our St Petersburg, FL Corporate Office.

Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design , development and delivery of cutting edge Supervisory Technology solutions.
- Collaborate with Supervisory business , Business Analysts , Project Managers and Cross team to ensure alignment with business goals and technical standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Participate in code reviews, system testing, and validation procedures.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software engineering, including CI/CD, modular design, and secure coding standards.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and maintainability.
- Participate in production support rotations and respond to escalated issues as needed.
Skills:
- 6-10 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting scalable, distributed applications.
- Proven leadership experience in guiding development teams and influencing technical direction
- Strong expertise on Java or Python tech stacks as below but not limited to
Front End - React / Angular
Server Side - Springboot / Django / Fast API
Backend - Oracle / Postgres / MySQL - Expert level knowledge in Public Cloud - preferable AWS
- Knowledge on Kubernetes , Containerization , OAUTH , Testing Framework , JSP , XSL
- Knowledge of LLM 's , Actimize is a plus
Education
