Job Description

We are seeking a visionary Full Stack Web Development Architect to join our innovative team at Findpro Group Inc. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable, secure, and AI-enabled web solutions using React JS, Node JS, MongoDB, and AWS. You will drive full lifecycle architecture, integrate intelligent agents, and lead a team of engineers to deliver complex applications across enterprise and consumer domains.

Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & Design

• Lead architecture efforts for building robust, scalable full-stack platforms with AI at the core.
• Design and maintain the technical roadmap for front-end and back-end services.
• Collaborate with UX and product teams to translate user requirements into system solutions.
• Architect and deliver AI-powered APIs and microservices using modern cloud-native technologies.

AI & Automation

• Integrate and manage AI agents using frameworks such as Langchain, OpenAI, or custom LLM wrappers.
• Build smart features including auto-reply systems, job-matching engines, and real-time analytics with AI models.
• Leverage AWS AI services (e.g., Bedrock, Comprehend, SageMaker) for real-time inference and automation.
• Work on end-to-end intelligent workflows for enterprise-grade applications.

Engineering & Leadership

• Mentor and lead developers across the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Enforce high standards for code quality, test coverage, and performance.
• Guide junior developers in implementing AI-enhanced functionalities and best practices.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and release processes for reliable delivery.

API & System Integration

• Develop and maintain RESTful/GraphQL APIs with complete documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI).
• Work with third-party APIs, SaaS integrations, and enterprise platforms.
• Ensure seamless data flow across internal systems and external partner integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in full-stack development (React, Node, MongoDB).
• 3+ years of experience in solution architecture with AI and cloud technologies.
• 3+ years of B2B/B2C product experience across full product lifecycle (MVP to scale).
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, modern tooling (Webpack, Babel, ESLint).
• Experience deploying cloud-native applications on AWS (S3, Lambda, ECS, SQS, API Gateway).
• Hands-on experience with AI agents, prompt engineering, and LLM-based workflows.
• Strong understanding of performance, security, accessibility, and scalability.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
