Job Title: Program Manager (Medical Device Product)

Location: Lakewood, CO

Remote: No

Work from home: 1 Day per week

About the Job

You will lead and execute complex medical device sustaining development programs. You'll manage scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support the strategic vision set by technical leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic, complex medical device product development initiatives.
  • Ensure performance to schedule, scope, budget, and quality metrics.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans with dependencies, milestones, and resource needs.
  • Facilitate governance structures including team meetings, stage gate reviews, and executive updates.
  • Identify and mitigate execution risks in collaboration with technical leadership.
  • Track and report execution metrics to drive accountability and data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate across internal and external stakeholders and functional teams.
  • Provide project and program management guidance to technical teams.
  • Ensure compliance with medical device regulations and quality standards.

  • Proven success managing complex technical initiatives
  • Strong understanding of medical device development processes including hardware, software, and systems integration.
  • Expertise in project lifecycle management for large, high-impact projects.
  • Deep knowledge of FDA design controls and ISO 13485 standards.
  • Ability to navigate organizational dynamics and build consensus across functions.
