Lead SAP Integration Manager

• 4 or more years of experience in leading complex IT systems development or implementation projects.
• Proficiency in SAP system architecture, including S/4HANA and ECC.
• Experience with SAP data migration methodologies.
• Experience in enterprise integration strategies using APIs and middleware.
• Experience in business process analysis and requirements gathering.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams for IT projects.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and project updates.

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for HR technology initiatives.
• Lead the decommissioning of legacy HR systems.
• Oversee end-to-end SAP data migration using appropriate tools.
• Design and implement integration strategies between SAP and internal applications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers and SAP experts.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
• Communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders.
