Job Details
Requirements:
- 4 or more years of experience in leading complex IT systems development or implementation projects.
- Proficiency in SAP system architecture, including S/4HANA and ECC.
- Experience with SAP data migration methodologies.
- Experience in enterprise integration strategies using APIs and middleware.
- Experience in business process analysis and requirements gathering.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams for IT projects.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and project updates.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for HR technology initiatives.
- Lead the decommissioning of legacy HR systems.
- Oversee end-to-end SAP data migration using appropriate tools.
- Design and implement integration strategies between SAP and internal applications.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers and SAP experts.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
- Communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders.
