Job Details
Role: RPA Lead Engineer
Location: Pittsburg (PA)
Job Description:
- Monitor and manage Bots and automated processes within the UiPath and Blue Prism Application Platforms
- Provides RPA support or technical support services
- Conducts a wide range of technical analysis to troubleshoot RPA performance or execution issues
- Reviews system requirements and business processes; coordinate infrastructure installation, and implements Software solutions
- Analyzes software support requirements
- Supports infrastructure and platform with users during development, user acceptance testing, and production
- Manage environments, release automated processes to various environments and support post implementation
- Maintain/update documentation of RPA processes and Platform management
- Monitor and manage RPA Platform
- Support releases and testing of automated processing
- Manage Bot users and integrated applications
- Maintain Controller schedule
- Lead support team by providing assistance and guidance to Controllers as well as facilitating the team s success
