Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Analyst / Associate Product Manager to support the full end-to-end product development lifecycle. The successful candidate will work closely with Senior Product Managers, Technology Leads, and Scrum teams to define, prioritize, and deliver features that drive value for our customers, particularly within the financial services or banking domain.

Key Responsibilities (Mandatory)

Product Strategy & Planning

• Support the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, testing, and launch.

• Maintain the product roadmap and prioritized backlog that drives development efforts and ensures alignment with the overall product vision.

• Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers.

• Consider and plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.

Requirements & Execution

• Write detailed technical requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development and help with sprint planning and grooming.

• Act as the primary point of contact for 1-2 scrum teams during the development stages, attending all scrum ceremonies.

• Clarify technical and functional queries from development teams, interact with engineers and stakeholders on a daily basis to remove blockers, and drive development progress.

• Collaborate with Technology Leads and Architects on product enhancement requirements and troubleshoot product issues as they are raised.

Data & Analytics

• Support, analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and analytics to measure feature success and inform iteration.

• Partner with the Product Manager to identify new opportunities that reflect the needs of customers and support user experience research as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Product Development Skills: Experience with Minimum Viable Product (MVP) design, Wireframing, and Prototyping (using tools like Figma, Miro, etc.).

• Domain Experience: Track record with building cloud-based platforms, APIs, or SaaS products, preferably within financial services or banking firms.

• Analytical Skills: Good analytical, problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Go-Getter Mindset: Must be a self-starter with a proactive, go-getter mindset.

Nice to Have / Preferred Qualifications

• Communication: Strong stakeholder management and articulation skills, excellent verbal communication skills, and good PowerPoint presentation skills.

• Industry Experience: Work experience in Fintech or SaaS product companies is strongly preferred.

• Financial Domain: Project experience with Payment systems, Credit Card processing, and ACH (Automated Clearing House) is highly desirable.

• Large Organization Experience: Experience working in a large organization with exposure to project management governance and reporting environments.
