Responsibilities

• Build and coordinate all aspects of a program under the Salesforce CPQ portfolio, including: detailed project plans, resource allocations, risks/issues remediation, status reporting, budget management, and serve as the primary “go-to” person for project details.

• Maintain a deep, technical end-to-end understanding of upstream/downstream dependencies and impacts, Lead multiple concurrent projects and programs varying in size/scope/complexity, spanning across several GTM and CPQ.Identify and mitigate risks to execution by clarifying scope, removing blockers, and ensuring efficient communication between appropriate stakeholders

• Coordinates cross functional team members to ensure deliverables are completed

• Craft communications that can be consumed at different levels of the organization – from executive-level presentations, to materials consumed by engineering/security/Marketing/other teams.

• Proactively identify risks in all assigned areas; work with teams and management to mitigate these risks before they become issues.
