We re seeking a Senior Project Manager / Program Manager with a strong background in global supply logistics, customs brokerage, and supply chain technologies. This role will lead multiple strategic initiatives across operations and IT driving transformation, efficiency, and alignment with corporate goals. The position reports directly to the CEO and requires onsite presence in Syracuse, NY.

< data-start="967" data-end="999">Key Responsibilities:</>

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of cross-functional projects across logistics, operations, and IT.

  • Establish and implement project governance frameworks within trade and supply chain environments.

  • Partner with executives and department heads to align initiatives with business strategy and growth objectives.

  • Deliver executive-level reporting and performance insights to senior leadership.

  • Mentor and train internal project management teams on tools and best practices.

  • Drive automation, digital transformation, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of all assigned projects.

  • 8+ years of project or program management experience within logistics, supply chain, or trade compliance.

  • Proven success managing complex, multi-project portfolios.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience with ERP systems, automation tools, and data visualization (e.g., Power BI).

  • PMP, PgMP, or CSM certification preferred.

  • Must be able to work onsite in Syracuse, NY.
