Role: Product Manager

Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ Months

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Definition:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture, refine, and validate product scope including Epics and Features.

Conduct workshops, interviews, and documentation reviews to gather business needs.

Backlog Preparation: Partner with the Product Owner/BSA to ensure accurate translation of Features into detailed User Stories.

Own the Feature-level backlog, ensuring prioritization aligns with business value.

Execution Oversight:

Drive the successful execution and delivery of product initiatives by working closely with scrum teams.

Lead sprint planning, feature readiness, and release management activities.

Remove execution blockers and ensure alignment between teams.

Cross-Functional Communication:

Serve as the bridge between business and technical teams; translate business objectives into technical outcomes.

Communicate clearly with executives, developers, testers, and business analysts.

Healthcare Focus:

Ensure all solutions adhere to healthcare industry standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.

Leverage prior healthcare experience to proactively address regulatory and domain-specific challenges.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Ownership, or similar roles.

Proven ability to define Epics and Features and work with BSA/POs to develop User Stories.

Experience leading cross-functional agile teams in a delivery-focused environment.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, etc.).

Healthcare domain experience is required, ideally in payer, provider, or healthcare tech organizations.

Ability to communicate fluently with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
