Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled Provisioning Analyst to join our Technology Operations team. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between business and technology, coordinating virtual machine provisioning, RPA bot setup, application installations, and environment configurations. This role requires critical thinking, independent execution, and adherence to compliance and risk frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate provisioning of Virtual Machines across Development, QA, and Production environments.
  • Install, configure, and deploy applications and utilities using tools such as SCCM.
  • Setup and maintain RPA bots in Blue Prism, UI Path, and MS Power Platform, including schedules, environment variables, and credentials.
  • Liaise with AMCB line of business owners, Canadian support teams, and Technology teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Execute production support readiness from HyperCare through handover to BAU support.
  • Perform basic technical triage, including break/fix analysis, data gathering, documentation, and resolution tracking in a structured knowledgebase.
  • Submit and manage access requests for human and digital workers; analyze access roles and manage entitlements based on least privilege principles.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to Technology Risk and Information Security Standards.
  • Engage with external partners, including cross-border resources, to coordinate provisioning and access needs.
  • Maintain compliance with Risk & Controls Framework.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Ability to translate between business and technology terminology.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated organization, planning, and coordination, with some leadership acumen.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in Technology Support Operations, including Windows 10, Active Directory, SCCM, and Citrix.
  • Familiarity with Incident Management processes and systems testing practices.
  • Experience coordinating and configuring virtual environments and RPA bots.
  • Knowledge of access management, role entitlement, and compliance frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with RPA tools (Blue Prism, UiPath, MS Power Platform).
  • Exposure to cross-border IT support and collaboration.
  • Experience working in a risk-controlled and regulated environment.
  • Strong documentation and knowledge management skills.
