Position: Workday HCM Core Functional Consultant
Location: Onshore/Remote
Duration: 6+ Months
Type: Contract

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Workday HCM Core Functional Consultant to manage, configure, and optimize core HCM processes. The consultant will be responsible for requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and ongoing support of Workday Core HCM modules.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the functional lead for Workday Core HCM configurations and processes.
Partner with HR stakeholders to analyze business needs and deliver system solutions.
Configure Core HCM modules, including staffing models, position management, organizations, and business processes.
Provide day-to-day functional support, issue resolution, and enhancements in Core HCM.
Develop functional documentation, training guides, and testing scripts.
Collaborate with other Workday functional and technical teams for cross-module integrations.
Support HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
7+ years of functional experience in Workday Core HCM.
Strong expertise in Core HCM configuration, staffing models, and business process frameworks.
Experience in end-to-end Workday implementations and post-production support.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Workday Core HCM certification preferred.
