Job Principal Load Balancer Engineer
Location: Client Specific: Denver, CO
Onsite role in Denver, CO from day 1

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in load balancing technologies and solutions.
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and protocols, including TCP/IP, BGP, and OSPF.
Familiarity with virtualization and containerization technologies.
Knowledge of data center infrastructure and enterprise environments.
Proficient in technical documentation and using design tools (Visio, Lucid chart).
Hands-on experience with packet capture and analysis tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to connect various system components.
Familiarity with virtualization and cloud networking (AWS, Azure, Openstack)
Experience with NetConf/Yang, GRPC, and Openflow protocols
Experience with automation tools and scripting (e.g., Python, Ansible).
Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent).
Experience with certification and testing
Experience providing load balancer application solutions
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to summarize information effectively.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Design, deploy, and manage load balancing solutions to ensure optimal performance and availability of applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop effective load balancing strategies that align with business objectives.
Monitor and analyze network performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
Expert level experience with GSLB
Expert Load Balancer knowledge and experience
Develop and implement automation practices to streamline load balancer configuration, monitoring, and management.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including load balancer diagrams and configuration guides, using tools such as Visio and Lucid chart.
Understand and apply the OSI model, DNS, IPv6, BGP, multicast, and other networking principles.
Knowledge of load balancing infrastructure in terms of power, cooling, and airflow in data center environments.
Design and execute testing methodologies to ensure system reliability and performance under load.
Summarize complex technical information clearly and effectively for diverse audiences.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, to support project success.
Stay current with emerging networking technologies and industry trends to enhance load balancing solutions.
