User Experience Engineer
Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Tech Platform Workzone Solution Architect to design and implement comprehensive solutions for federated portals, site management, and Spaces and Pages products. This role will play a crucial part in shaping the user experience and functionality of SAP BTP Workzone, ensuring seamless integration across various Cloud platforms and application landscapes.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop BTP Workzone solutions to support federated portals, site solutions, and Spaces and Pages products; optimizing usability and scalability.
- Implement UX/UI design services, leveraging SAP BTP Workzone to enhance user interaction and accessibility.
- Assist in provisioning a central access point for enterprise applications through Workzone, improving operational efficiency.
- Configure Workzone to integrate applications from various landscapes including TCx federated assets and other Cloud platforms, ensuring seamless connectivity.
- Work closely with the BTP Security Team to test and validate roles and authorization settings for users across all configured applications within the Workzone.
- Collaborate with BASIS and FIORI teams across instances to federate FIORI apps to BTP Workzone, ensuring consistency and accessibility across environments.
- Apply best practices in Workzone configuration including Spaces and Pages set-up for optimized navigation and organization.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of custom domain configuration, ensuring proper implementation for enhanced branding and site management.
- Stay up-to-date with SAP BTP advancements, providing recommendations for improvements and future implementations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in SAP BTP Workzone architecture and development.
- Strong expertise in UX/UI design services and their application within BTP Workzone.
- Proficiency in configuring Spaces and Pages for effective workspace management.
- Hands-on experience with Workzone integration across existing landscapes including federated assets and Cloud solutions.
- Solid understanding of role-based security configurations including testing and authorization validation.
- Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance Workzone configurations based on business needs.
Preferred
- Knowledge of custom domain set-up within BTP Workzone.
