Title: Agile Coach Enterprise Transformation
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)
C2C/W2

*Role Summary:*
The Agile Coach will partner with leadership, delivery teams, and Scrum Masters to strengthen organizational agility. This role focuses on coaching teams, facilitating scaled Agile adoption, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across multiple value streams.

*Key Responsibilities:*
Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams in Agile principles and delivery frameworks.
Conduct Agile maturity assessments and develop transformation roadmaps.
Support implementation of Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe, Spotify, LeSS).
Establish Agile playbooks, best practices, and governance processes.
Partner with leadership to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Facilitate workshops, Agile ceremonies, and leadership coaching sessions.
Measure and improve delivery efficiency through key Agile metrics (cycle time, velocity, predictability).
Support organizational change and continuous learning initiatives.

*Required Skills & Qualifications:*
8 15 years of Agile experience, including enterprise-level transformation programs.
Expertise in multiple Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean).
Proven success in driving Agile adoption in complex IT organizations.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder influence skills.
Certifications preferred: ICP-ACC, SPC (SAFe Program Consultant), CTC, or equivalent.
