Job Summary
We are seeking an Oracle Cloud Consultant to support our organization's migration from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud. This is primarily a post Go Live role in the Pittsburgh area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in hypercare and ongoing system administration and support
  • Investigate and triage incidents, using Service Now
  • Prioritize issues and escalate to Managed Services Provider
  • Run existing reconciliation reports and author new ones as needed
  • Participate in analysis and regression of quarterly Oracle Fusion releases

Testing & Validation

  • Develop and execute test cases for functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Track, troubleshoot, and help resolve issues related to SCM and Procurement modules.

Training & Post-Go-Live Support

  • Contribute to user training materials and reference guides.
  • Provide post-go-live issue support and help identify areas for improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Current skills in Oracle Fusion Cloud, including Redwood
  • Understanding of supply chain and procurement business workflows.
  • Experience with system testing, functional documentation, and collaborating with technical teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear communication abilities and comfort working with technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Oracle reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher).
  • Exposure to data migration or integration projects.
  • Experience in ERP or cloud transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in the following modules (ranked in order of importance)
    • Procurement
    • Inventory Management
    • Manufacturing
    • AR and AP
    • Projects
    • General Ledger
