Job Title: Senior Manager- Data Product And Customer Analytics

Location: Remote

Duration: FTE

Term: 12+ months

Job Description:

Experience Desired: 12+ Years.

  • Lead Discovery Sessions: Facilitate workshops with Business (Marketing/Product), IT, and Risk stakeholders to define the problem, identify use cases (e.g., Next Best Action, Cross-sell), and map out the vision.
  • Solution Architecture: Design the high-level architecture for data products, defining how data flows from Core Banking Systems to CDPs and Activation channels while adhering to compliance.
  • Translate Business to Tech: Act as the bridge; translate vague business goals (e.g., "Increase Share of Wallet") into detailed technical user stories and product requirements for engineering.
  • Identify internal and external data requirements (Transaction data, Bureau data, Digital interaction data) for solving the analytical problem.
  • Translate the solution to a business solution and create artifacts that facilitate communication, such as Architecture Diagrams, Product Roadmaps, Dashboards, and Executive presentations.

You can expect to:

  • Lead CXM and Data Product engagements providing best-in-class solutions to top-tier Financial Institutions and Banks.
  • Work hands-on to architect solutions and provide thought leadership on MarTech integration within a banking ecosystem.
  • Work in a challenging environment with smart peer groups across Time Zones.
  • Develop product strategy and accelerators for the Financial Services CXM practice.
  • Be part of the CXM pre-sales organization, specifically for banking pursuits in the NYC/NJ region.

Must Have:

  • At least 10+ years of worki6ng experience interfacing with stakeholders to solve Customer Analytics and Data Product problems.
  • Mandatory experience in Financial Services, Banking, or FinTech (Retail Banking, Wealth Management, or Cards).
  • Strong proficiency in Solution Architecture and MarTech Ecosystems (understanding how CDPs, ESPs, and Decision Engines interact).
  • Proven experience Leading Discovery Sessions and managing a Product Backlog.
  • Strong analytical/logical thinking, storyboarding, and communication skills (ability to speak to both CIOs and CMOs).
  • Proficient in:
    • SQL (ability to query and understand data structures)
    • Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
    • Visualization tools like Tableau or Power-BI

  • Understanding of Banking Regulations (PII, CCPA, GLBA) and how they impact data architecture.
  • Experience with "Next Best Action" or Real-time decisioning engines.
  • Knowledge of Open Banking APIs and modern data sharing standards.
