We are looking for a Technical Lead with strong end-to-end project leadership experience to drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions. You will lead a cross-functional team, mentor developers, and contribute to the evolution of our cloud-based microservices architecture.

About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Lead with strong end-to-end project leadership experience to drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions. You will lead a cross-functional team, mentor developers, and contribute to the evolution of our cloud-based microservices architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and implementation of multi-platform application systems.
- Guide a Scrum team in Java and cloud-native development (Spring Boot, PCF, etc.).
- Ensure code quality through best practices, unit testing, and code reviews.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Bamboo, Jenkins, GitHub.
- Collaborate with architects to prepare high-level and system design documents.
- Drive Proof-of-Concept (PoC) initiatives and reusable development patterns.
- Act as a security champion, ensuring secure and performant code.
- Coordinate with offshore teams and testers to ensure timely delivery.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to team planning and retrospectives.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5-7 years of software development experience.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with:
- Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices
- Cloud platforms (preferably PCF)
- CI/CD tools (Bamboo, Jenkins, GitHub)
- Experience with system design and architecture for enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence).
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to front-end frameworks like Angular is a plus.
- Experience with test-driven or behavior-driven development is a bonus.
