Business Systems Analyst

Title: Business Systems  Analyst
Location: Cleveland, OH or Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid 3x onsite per week)
Contract: W2 only, 12-month contract with potential for extension or conversion

Overview: This role involves initiating the agile process, collaborating with the Product Owner to define requirements, and translating those requirements into user stories. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently within a supportive, growth-oriented team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate agile process and facilitate team workflows
• Collaborate with Product Owner to define and clarify requirements
• Gather and translate requirements into detailed user stories
• Write and refine user stories in Jira
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
• Assist in requirements gathering and documentation
• Work closely with technical and product teams to ensure alignment

Required Skills

• Proficiency with Jira
• Technical writing skills
• Experience in story writing and refinement
• Ability to support UAT processes
• Strong requirements gathering skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work independently

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Figma
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams
