Job Details

Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Administrator with expertise in managing and administering integrated marketing platforms such as Treasure Data and related Martech solutions. This role combines technical administration skills with a strong understanding of marketing workflows, enabling close collaboration with marketing, analytics, and IT teams. The Senior Administrator will ensure seamless platform operations, system integrations, and user support to drive marketing effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Platform Administration Administer and maintain integrated marketing platforms (e.g., Treasure Data). Configure campaigns, workflows, and audience segmentation modules. Manage platform upgrades, patches, and migrations. Oversee user access management, license provisioning, and security controls. Operational & Support Activities Perform routine monitoring, health checks, and system performance tuning. Troubleshoot incidents and coordinate with vendor support for resolution. Set up network connectivity, SSO, and LDAP configurations. Maintain platform documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base. Ensure compliance with internal policies, data privacy, and security standards. Integration & Collaboration Collaborate with Marketing, DataOps, IT, and Analytics teams for campaign execution. Manage integrations with CRM, CDP, data lakes, and reporting tools. Provide training and support to business users and stakeholders. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for automation and process standardization. Recommend best practices for optimizing platform utilization. Support evaluation and adoption of new features. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Masters preferred). 58 years of experience administering marketing automation and campaign management platforms. Strong hands-on expertise with Treasure Data (experience with IBM Unica, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar is a plus). Solid knowledge of SQL, data models, and APIs for integration and troubleshooting. Familiarity with ETL workflows, data lakes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform). Experience in administrative tasks such as access management, patching, upgrades, and monitoring. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and lead small projects or initiatives. Preferred Qualifications Experience with multiple Martech platforms and complex integrations. Knowledge of marketing workflows and campaign execution best practices. Education: Bachelors Degree
