Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team in Stamford, Connecticut. This role focuses on analyzing and improving business processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring that organizational requirements align with available system functionalities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of supporting change initiatives across digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business leaders to gather, refine, and document detailed requirements for process improvements and system functionalities.
Evaluate existing workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and alignment with digital tools.
Develop and maintain program reports to monitor performance and track progress against project timelines.
Support change management initiatives by preparing materials, tracking updates, and documenting outcomes.
Work closely with system administrators, end users, and process owners to ensure smooth implementation of updates and changes.
Assist in creating user guides, job aids, and reference materials to promote adoption of new processes and tools.
Analyze program performance and provide actionable insights to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure proper documentation of business processes, SOPs, and controls to meet governance standards.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to validate and translate business requirements into actionable updates.
Organize and maintain accurate document versions to ensure accessibility and consistency.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
Proven ability to gather, validate, and refine business requirements from diverse teams.
Familiarity with documenting processes, SOPs, and task-level guidance.
Knowledge of basic control concepts and their implementation within business workflows.
Experience with technical systems integration.
Strong organizational skills, including document version control and accessibility.
Ability to prepare training materials and support adoption through clear communication and feedback.
Understanding of cross-functional interactions within business processes, including operations, IT, and compliance.
