Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Chandler, AZ seeking an IBM Tivoli Consultant to join their team. The client is currently using IBM Tivoli Storage Management. The goal is to stabilize their current environment and alleviate bandwidth so they need an additional resource that will manage Tivoli-related challenges.

Responsibilities:
* IBM Tivoli Consultant will manage and maintain the IBM Tivoli Directory Server (LDAP) for user authentication and authorization
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of LDAP services
* Configure and optimize LDAP schema, access controls, and replication mechanisms
* As a IBM Tivoli Consultant, you will troubleshoot and resolve LDAP-related issues promptly
* Work closely with IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) administrators to enhance security and access controls

REQUIREMENTS:
* IBM Tivoli Directory Server: Proficiency in deploying, configuring, and managing LDAP services
* Tivoli Access Manager (TAM): Knowledge of TAM for access control and authentication
* IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM): Familiarity with ISAM components and user workflows
* LDAP Schema Design: Ability to design and maintain LDAP directory schema
* Troubleshooting Skills: Experience diagnosing and resolving LDAP-related issues

Preferred Skills (not all required):
* Familiarity with Tivoli Federated Identity Manager and Tivoli Directory Integrator

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
