Title: NICE CxCloud Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Customer SDAP (Standard Data Access Platform) Program
Location: Remote work
Travel: No
Time Zone: NY area to be supported. Must work East Coast hours(M-F 8:30AM ET until 5:30 PM including lunch)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Using Client provided computing infrastructure and hardware, The NICE CxCloud Subject Matter Expert (SME), will work with the customer team to serve as the subject matter expert and API designer for the NICE CxCloud including the following components:
- NICE ENGAGE (Call Recording and Quality Assurance) system
- NICE WFM (Workforce Management) System
- JTAPI Interfaces to external Systems
- NICE outbound Dialer
- NICE Quality Management Analytics
- Nice Feedback Manager
- NICE Screen Recording

Able to prepare reports to TRC and Customer technical and executive management on the progress of testing, as well early identification of potential logjams and untestable or unprovable requirements. |

Prefer applicants with hands-on experience with the NICE suite of products in a cloud installation and develop APIs developed for NICE CxCloud. |
|
|
Working knowledge of cloud technology and moving large amounts of data between data centers and the cloud, especially a regulated utility. |
|
|
Able to understand complex systems and service delivery, as well as work with TRC and customer partner teams, in meeting cadences and report cadences. |
|
|
Hands-on experience with the NICE suite of products in an on-prem installation. Working knowledge of cloud technology and moving large amounts of data between data centers and the cloud. |
|
|
Shifts: First shift, however some testing may have to occur off-hours due to scheduling system outages or non-availability. These will be documented and known a minimum of two weeks prior to any off-hours testing. |
