Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Solutions Analyst to join our team in Santa Clara, California. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in extending existing solutions and building new ones on our licensing platform to support New Product Introductions (NPI) and cross-functional teams. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across various teams to deliver robust solutions that align with product requirements and organizational standards.

Responsibilities:

• Extend existing solutions and build new solutions on the licensing platform to enable New Product Introductions and support cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with NPI, IT architecture, licensing engineering, and other teams to develop solutions that meet product requirements and align with platform standards.
• Own the delivery and quality of product specifications, including requirements, project epics, and user stories.
• Manage product backlogs to drive continuous improvements and enhance product capabilities and features, providing clearly defined acceptance criteria.
• Work with product managers from cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and adherence to specifications.
• Act as a bridge among business, R&D, IT architecture, engineering, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless product development.
• Review QA test plans, ensure comprehensive test coverage, and collaborate with QA and development teams for timely issue resolution.
• Validate builds against defined acceptance criteria.
• Serve as a domain expert and go-to leader within the organization.
• Analyze case trends and engineering escalations to identify patterns, prioritize fixes, and influence the product backlog.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in business solution analysis or product management in technology or IT, with experience in SaaS or subscription-based businesses.
• Experience with entitlement management systems, subscription lifecycle management, usage tracking, billing models, and integration with CRM, ERP, and billing systems.
• Strong technical background with knowledge of software development, databases, SQL, cloud platforms, programming languages, and Microservices.
• Experience building products that leverage AI for natural language querying (NLQ), data quality and governance, automated insights, and diagnostics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate requirements, solutions, and progress to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with experience leading sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Pay Range: $85 - $88

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
