Position: Medicaid Clinical Platform Product Manager

Location: Remote

• 3-5+ years experience in product management, ideally in healthcare or Medicaid, especially clinical or care management platforms.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, quality measures (HEDIS, STAR, etc.), and regulatory/compliance environment (CMS, state rules).
• Experience working with provider organizations (clinics, hospitals, MCOs) and understanding their operational challenges.
• Technical familiarity: data pipelines, interoperability (FHIR, HL7), EMR/EHR integrations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform product decisions, evaluation of clinical metrics, or outcome measurement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills ability to translate policy & clinical requirements into product specs.
• Comfort operating in a regulated environment (HIPAA, state privacy laws, etc.).

• Prior experience with Medicaid managed care organizations or state agency contracting.
• Experience with machine learning / predictive analytics in clinical settings.
• UX / user research experience in provider settings.

• Adoption rate: % of targeted providers using clinical platform features.
• Clinical quality improvements: e.g. reduction in readmission rates, improvement in preventive care metrics.
• Regulatory compliance: successful audits / compliance attestation without material issues.
• Provider satisfaction / Net Promoter Score among clinical users.
• Time to value: speed from onboarding to measurable clinical impact.
