- Configure and maintain Envision call recording server
- Adding agent to Envision Recording server
- Promote privileges from Agent or a Lead Agent to a Supervisor
- Assigning correct privileges for agent Supervisors
- Removing privileges of terminated agents
- Envision Agent Support for Tagger & non-Tagger
