Job Details

We’re seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Data & Automation team and play a key role in the implementation and operationalization of enterprise Data Domains. This role supports the organization’s broader data governance and management initiatives by helping connect business domains to their data universe, improving data quality, and enabling transparency across the enterprise.

This position requires periodic in-office collaboration, and applicants must be based within commuting distance of Pittsburgh, PA or Strongsville, OH.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Support the rollout and ongoing management of Data Domains across the enterprise.
  • Assist domain owners and data stewards in identifying and mapping data products within their data universe.
  • Guide domain teams through core data management activities including Critical Data Element handling, Data Quality monitoring, and Data Issue management.
  • Contribute to the development and sharing of best practices, training materials, and other knowledge management documentation.
  • Support communications and reporting activities that promote awareness and adoption of data governance practices.
  • Produce and maintain metrics and oversight reports to track Data Domain progress and maturity.
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and enablement of multiple Data Domains within the overall enterprise data framework.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of experience in data analysis, data governance, data management, or information architecture roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute to results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred

  • Experience planning and prioritizing analytical or governance-related tasks to meet milestones.
  • Exposure to knowledge management practices such as creating training materials, maintaining best practice guides, and facilitating regular team meetings.
  • Understanding of enterprise data governance tools, metadata repositories, and reporting systems.

This is a full-time W2 Salaried position. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without the need for sponsorship.
