Job Details

  • Key Responsibilities:
    Identify business opportunities with new clients and understand their needs to help them with their SAP services and Staffing needs.
    Develop and maintain strong client relationship with both existing and potential clients.
    Collaborate with internal teams namely pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams ensuring client satisfaction and successful project implementation.
    Prepare and deliver sales presentations/proposals clearly communicating the value proposition of working with Merlin.
    Manage the entire sales cycle right from initial contact to closing the deal.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor s degree in business, information technology, or a related field
    8+ years of selling SAP services to clients in the Oil & Gas, Utilities, or manufacturing verticals preferred.
    The ability to analyze customer needs, identify challenges, and propose effective SAP solutions.
    Experience working for a services provider. Should have met or exceeded sales target as a business development individual.
    Experience selling S4HANA, OpenText, Fiori, CRB, and other SAP products.
