Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Integration Business Analyst with strong expertise in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). Additional responsibilities for the position will involve creating new sales reports as requested and maintain the current monthly and quarterly sales & commission reports for the company. You will be the point of contact for all IT for the business and the liaison with our local third party network IT company. The ideal candidate will be a self starter and be able to work independently. The position initially will need to be onsite in Richmond VA and potentially hybrid afterward.

  • Map, configure, test, & validate EDI transactions (810, 850, 855, 856, 860, 880 as well as others) in Syspro software which uses Cadacus add on module for all customers requiring EDI translation.
  • Implement EDI systems to work with various warehouse locations.
  • Train various staff members on use of EDI for various documents needed for customer service, warehouse or inventory usage.
  • Create and maintain all company monthly and quarterly sales reports.
  • Manage all software aspects of IT for the company. Company IT point of contact. Act as liaison with third-party IT network support company and trouble shoot basic LAN issues.
  • Proactively improve systems and processes utilizing software technology to it s fullest potential, including future setup of MRP systems
