Job Details

We are seeking a seasoned Test Architect/ Manager with a strong background in software testing and automation, including deep expertise in SmartBear tools and experience in leading test architecture strategy and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of experience in software testing and at least 3 years of recent experience working as a Test Architect, with a proven track record of driving testing excellence across large-scale programs.

  • Define and evolve the enterprise-level test automation strategy and architecture aligned with business goals.

  • Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and maintainable test automation frameworks using tools such as TestComplete, ReadyAPI, SoapUI, Tosca, and Robot Framework.

  • Provide strategic guidance and hands-on support for mobile test automation using Appium and similar tools.

  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate automation solutions into the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring continuous testing and fast feedback.

  • Mentor QA and SDET teams, promote best practices, and conduct code and design reviews.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Development, Product Management, and Operations to ensure high product quality and performance.

  • Evaluate new tools and technologies to continually enhance the test automation strategy and capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in software testing and test automation.

  • 3+ years of experience as a Test Architect, driving quality initiatives and test strategy.

  • Mandatory hands-on experience with SmartBear tools, including TestComplete, ReadyAPI, and SoapUI.

  • Strong experience in mobile automation using Appium.

  • Proven experience designing and implementing frameworks using scriptless automation tools such as TestComplete, Tosca, and Robot Framework.

  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, test orchestration, and DevOps practices.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with performance and load testing tools.

  • Exposure to cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.

  • ISTQB/Test Architect certifications are a plus
