Job Title: OpenText Platform Administrator / System Engineer and OpenText ITSM Technical Specialist (Developer / Architect
Location: Remote Duration: 6-12 months contract with possible to extend 

Pay Rate:

OpenText Platform Administrator / System Engineer- USD 60.hr W2(Without Benefits)

OpenText ITSM Technical Specialist (Developer / Architect)- USD 65-75.hr W2(Without Benefits)

 

Required Technical Skillsets

  • OpenText ITSM Expertise:
    • Deep understanding of Service Desk, CMDB, Knowledge, and ITSM modules.
    • Experience in customizing workflows, forms, and automation rules.
    • Integration capabilities using REST/SOAP APIs and connectors.
  • DevOps & Automation:
    • Scripting (PowerShell, Python etc.).
    • CI/CD pipeline management.
    • Integration with monitoring tools (e.g., Netcool, Splunk, SCOM etc).

Responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing the OpenText ITSM platform. Customizes workflows, forms, and automation rules.Leads platform integrations and scripting efforts.Ensures scalable, secure, and optimized architecture aligned with business needs.

OpenText Platform Administrator / System Engineer

Manages infrastructure, patching, and performanceHandles user access, configurations, and monitoring Aligns platform usage with ITIL best practices. Supports incident, problem, change, and release processes.
