The Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) Business Analyst plays a critical role in the delivery of CCR initiatives and enhancements related to MRA's, MRIAs, other Regulatory mandates, new business growth and overall development of a robust CCR framework. The CCR business analyst will reside in the Risk and Regulatory Applications team. We are looking for a dynamic leader, with financial risk management expertise who can work in a face-paced and exciting environment to deliver critical business needs. This team member will be part of the CCR team comprised of Risk professionals and technologists, and will have the opportunity to work alongside smart, effective team members elevating their skill set while adding value based experience.
This is a hybrid role and the selected candidate is expected to be in the office Wednesdays and Thursdays weekly.

The following are role requirements:
- 10 + Years Business Analysis experience in Credit Risk in a Front Office or Credit/Market risk role in Financial Services.
- Exceptional communication, both verbally and written.
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to present to Director level and above.
- Strong knowledge of key concepts in Counterparty Risk and Derivatives Trading (inclusive of key risk measures, sensitivities, limit monitoring and general CCR framework, BASEL guidance concepts).
- Data mapping and sourcing experience.
- Advanced SQL, Excel, Visio, and Power Point.
- Project Management skills to organize, run/send meeting minutes and effectively track issues to closure; stakeholder management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative team player - wear any hat that is required and support your team members when needed
- Experience in Back Office Operations is a plus
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, IT, Accounting, Business
