Description
We are looking for a skilled Senior Marketing Programs Manager to join our client in Wilmington, Delaware. This role requires expertise in managing client relationships and overseeing various marketing campaigns, including print and digital initiatives. Candidates must have experience working in highly regulated industries such as Financial Services, and have experience working with direct mail. This role is 3 days per week in the
Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of print and direct mail campaigns to meet client objectives.
Collaborate with print vendors and letter shops to ensure timely and cost-effective production of marketing materials.
Manage client accounts and maintain strong relationships by addressing their needs and delivering exceptional service.
Coordinate and execute digital and email marketing campaigns aimed at driving engagement and brand awareness.
Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies that align with overall business goals.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend adjustments to improve effectiveness.
Lead project management efforts to ensure marketing initiatives are completed on time and within budget.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing campaigns.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts and materials.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Requirements
5+ years in marketing, account management or related fields.
Industry experience in financial services or highly regulated industry.
Proven experience in marketing management, including account management and client-facing roles.
Strong expertise in planning and executing print campaigns, including direct mail.
Familiarity with working alongside print vendors and letter shops to produce marketing materials.
Demonstrated ability to manage digital marketing and email campaigns effectively.
Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and tactics to drive business growth.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and budgets.
Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to maintain client relationships.
