Location: San Francisco, CA
Salary: $38.00 USD Hourly - $43.00 USD Hourly
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Rack Test Technician
Onsite in Oakland, CA
1 year contract
Duties:
Assemble hardware test fixtures (required)
Investigate failures and repair test bundles to return them to service (required)
Take ownership of the debug and triage process of keeping nodes healthy.
Interface with partner teams to engage them with debug process
Skills:
Follow assembly instructions
handle PCBs Navigate linux command line
run test scripts via command line
read and interpret test error messages
Establish hypotheses and set up experiments to test for failing components
swap components without impacting test fixtures
catalog failing components by SN and failure mode
Education: 2-yr community college or 2+ years technical experience
