RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking a Business Continuity Analyst who supports the organization's Business Continuity Program by assisting business units in developing and maintaining plans to ensure continued service delivery during system outages or disasters.
Responsibilities
* The Business Continuity Analyst will collaborate with all business units to develop tactics and procedures for responding to system outages or natural/manmade disasters
* Participate in the planning, execution, and testing of business continuity plans
* Assist with tabletop exercises simulating various disruption scenarios
* Update and test business continuity plans as systems and processes evolve
* As a Business Continuity Analyst, you will maintain all business continuity documentation to ensure accuracy and readiness
* Independently lead business impact analysis and continuity planning sessions with business units
* Perform other duties as assigned (note: responsibilities may change or be added at any time with or without notice)
REQUIREMENTS:
* High School diploma or GED
* 2+ years of experience in business continuity or a related field
* 1+ years of project experience
* Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Comfortable with public speaking and presenting to stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology
* Business Continuity certification
* Familiarity with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) software
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
