Job Description:
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
designing, deploying, and supporting Unified Communications platform
Technical Skills
- Deep understanding of voice protocols and applications such as SIP, RTP, SDP, and TLS
- Strong Linux expertise, including scripting and tools like grep, awk, tcpdump, vmstat
- Extensive experience with Web Services: REST and SOAP
- Solid problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Working knowledge of web protocols such as HTTPS, DNS, SAML
- Familiarity with LAN/WAN technologies: Ethernet, VLANs, Routing
- Proficient in using packet analyzers for diagnostics and troubleshooting
