Position 1:

Position: Teamcenter Support Analyst with AMS exp.

Location: Remote

Contract to hire

Job Description:

Looking for PLM Teamcenter support resource with minimum of 5+ years experience. Your role is to provide application support, system maintenance and monitoring of PLM Teamcenter, troubleshoot the issues and contribute to their resolutions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the applications and providing support to end-users.

Preferred expertise and responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Teamcenter
  • Working experience on administering Teamcenter modules like Workflows, Organization, Structure Manager, My Teamcenter, AWC
  • Good understanding of Teamcenter Business Modeler IDE (BMIDE)
  • Provide technical support to the customer.
  • Troubleshooting and administration of Teamcenter PLM
  • Knowledge in 2T/4T architecture.
  • Manage Teamcenter code deployments and builds.
  • Troubleshooting on TC Integrations like NX, T4S, TCRA, T4EA, TCSC would be an added advantage
  • Minimum troubleshooting on Dispatcher would be good
  • Maintenance of Server monitoring applications

General Experience:

  • At least min 5+ years of experience in PLM Teamcenter
  • Experience in providing L1/L2 Teamcenter support and troubleshooting problems.
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
  • Project and Team management
  • Good to have experience with ITIL framework.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance application support.
  • Good communication skills.

Position 2:

Position: PLM Teamcenter Developer with AMS exp.

Location: Remote

Job Description:

Looking for PLM Teamcenter developer with minimum of 5+ years experience. In this role, you will be responsible to design, develop, configure and support the requirements of the customer. The primary role would be to lead the engagement effort of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers at different stages- from problem definition to diagnosis to solution design, development and deployment. You will review the proposals prepared by consultants, provide guidance, and analyze the solutions defined for the client business problems to identify any potential risks and issues. You will identify change Management requirements and propose a structured approach to client for managing the change using multiple communication mechanisms.

Preferred expertise and responsibilities:

  • Design and develop the solutions based on requirements
  • Hands on experience in implementation (ITK, RAC, SOA) and configuration of PLM Teamcenter Solutions
  • Knowledge on Teamcenter applications like Data Model, Workflows, Organizations, Structure Manager
  • BMIDE configurations and deployments
  • Full code and codeless customization
  • Knowledge in 2T/4T architecture and troubleshooting of environment
  • Active workspace deployments and configuration
  • Knowledge and exposure on TC Integrations like NX, T4S, TCRA, T4EA, TCSC would be an added advantage
  • Minimum Knowledge on Dispatcher and configurations.
  • Knowledge on Devops CI/CD process would be an added advantage
  • Developing and maintaining documentation of client configurations
  • Participate in code reviews

General Experience:
