job summary:

Performing application maintenance and ensure information security controls


Provide timely status updates, issue resolutions, and step-by-step instructions on usability questions


Collaborate with Product, Execution, and other support teams to resolve or escalate user inquiries


Based on support queue trends, make recommendations for innovation and automation to reduce volume.

responsibilities:

  • 6+ Years of IT experience
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong programming skills in SQL/Python/java
  • Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL/Oracle)
  • Experience in data pipelines ETL/ELT tools, control-M
  • Experience with Enterprise Data Lake e.g. Snowflake
  • Experience with GitHub
  • Good experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience of Cloud technologies and automated deployments
  • Ability to communicate software engineering and/or development concepts and principles.
  • Ability to take up new challenges and explore new technology/tools
  • Can collaborate well with the Business, your team members, work independently, and influence your technology peers.
  • Proficient in ability to identify and pull data from various applications and systems (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, SQL Server)
  • Experience in performing complex data analysis and data aggregation
  • Troubleshooting and Debugging skills
  • Strong analytical and logical skills
  • Ability to analyze trends and recommend improvements
