Summary
We are embarking on a 2-year journey to refresh our HR systems by moving to Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM). We are looking for a QA Lead with Oracle HCM or similar ERP system experience to lead the QA and testing activities for this implementation. The Oracle HCM QA Lead will partner with our team and the System Integrator (SI) to understand Business Requirements. The Oracle HCM QA Lead will implement standard QA/testing practices and oversee all aspects of project testing for the HCM implementation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure QA process guidelines are followed.
• Develop and enforce the overall test strategy and plan.
• Review requirements, design documents, and test scripts.
• Create and execute SIT test scripts; document and retest defects.
• Review test results and participate in defect triage.
• Collaborate on test planning and UAT execution.
• Provide training on tools to stakeholders.
• Communicate QA risks, status, and metrics to the PM.
• Coordinate testing activities and defect resolution.
• Contribute to Go/No-Go decisions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in leading SIT & UAT testing in Agile/Hybrid environments.
• Oracle HCM Fusion functionality experience including Core HR, Benefits, LA, Payroll, Talent Management, and Reports.
• Familiarity with Oracle CEMLI/RICEW.
• Experience managing QA activities with onshore/offshore teams through all testing phases.
• Expertise in data migration, as well as functional, system integration, user acceptance, and E2E testing.
• Proficiency in developing test artifacts including the test strategy and test plans, as well as in executing tests and creating test data.
• Experience translating functional and non-functional requirements into test cases and test scripts.
• Hands-on experience writing manual tests and executing test runs, as well as SIT & UAT planning and execution.
