Description
We are looking for a skilled Product Manager to join our team in Orlando, Florida. This is a long-term contract opportunity for someone who thrives in dynamic and fast-paced environments and has a proven ability to deliver impactful results. The ideal candidate will excel in collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving innovative solutions in the digital space.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute product strategies that align with organizational goals and customer needs.
Utilize strong analytical and financial skills to evaluate product performance and drive data-informed decisions.
Collaborate with diverse teams, including design, technology, business, and user experience, to ensure seamless product delivery.
Present product performance metrics and program successes to stakeholders and leadership.
Identify and address technical, user, and business challenges within the organization.
Guide product development efforts using Agile software development methodologies.
Translate business requirements into actionable deliverables for e-commerce and digital platforms.
Conduct backlog grooming sessions to prioritize features and enhancements effectively.
Foster partnerships across departments and leadership levels to achieve shared objectives.
Stay informed on emerging technologies and apply innovative approaches to product management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
At least 5 years of product management experience, specifically in digital customer experience for global or national brands.
Strong expertise in leveraging hard data to form assumptions and develop business cases.
Demonstrated ability to lead others and solve complex problems with innovative solutions.
Proven experience in presenting product performance metrics and program results.
Ability to think strategically and take initiative to guide ideas into actionable plans.
Familiarity with Agile software development methodology and consumer digital commerce platforms.
Exceptional collaboration skills and ability to interact effectively with leadership at all levels.
