About the Role
We are a leading media and entertainment firm seeking an AI / LLM Developer to help build the next generation of streaming analytics and audience intelligence applications. This role goes beyond chatbots, focusing on large-scale AI integration for personalization, content insights, and real-time engagement analytics across global media platforms.

What You ll Do

  • Design and implement AI/ML models that power real-time streaming analytics (audience behavior, content trends, predictive engagement).

  • Leverage LLMs for content tagging, summarization, and contextual recommendations in large media libraries.

  • Build scalable pipelines to integrate AI models into streaming platforms and dashboards.

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify where AI can drive personalization, predictive analytics, and content discovery.

  • Apply NLP and LLMs for metadata enrichment, transcription, and contextual analysis of live and on-demand streams.

  • Optimize models for low latency and high throughput in real-time media environments.

  • Contribute to AI governance, model evaluation, and responsible deployment practices.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or applied data science.

  • Strong background in Python and at least one ML/AI framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).

  • Experience deploying models into production (REST APIs, microservices, or streaming frameworks).

  • Familiarity with real-time data pipelines (Kafka, Flink, Spark Streaming, or similar).

  • Hands-on experience with LLMs for NLP/NLU tasks beyond chat, such as summarization, classification, entity extraction, or semantic search.

  • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business/media use cases into AI solutions.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with recommendation engines for streaming/media.

  • Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) for contextual search.

  • Exposure to reinforcement learning or bandit algorithms for adaptive personalization.

  • Familiarity with media formats, codecs, or streaming protocols is a plus.

Why Join Us

  • Shape the future of AI in streaming and media intelligence.

  • Work with massive, real-time datasets and cutting-edge AI/LLM technologies.

  • Collaborate with creative, product, and engineering teams to bring smarter, more engaging experiences to global audiences.

  • Competitive salary, full benefits, and strong growth opportunities.
