Position will be 3 days remote with 2 days (Mondays and Tuesdays) required to be onsite at the location listed above. Program will only accept LOCAL ONLY candidates for this position.

Understands business objectives and problems, identifies alternative solutions, performs studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives. Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer system: Confers with personnel of organizational units involved to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements, such as forms of data input, how data is to be; summarized, and formats for reports. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer program. Reviews computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within existing system.

As TULIP application s features continues to grow and evolve, the need for a dedicated Systems Analyst has become increasingly critical. Many of our current operational challenges stem from inefficiencies in workflows, recurring system issues, and gaps between business requirements and technology solutions. A Systems Analyst will play a vital role in conducting root cause analysis, identifying underlying system and process inefficiencies, and implementing solutions that prevent recurring problems. By proactively addressing these issues, we can reduce downtime, increase productivity, and ensure smoother business operations. Furthermore, this role will drive process improvements by evaluating existing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending automation or optimization strategies. Many of our current processes contain redundancies or manual inefficiencies that slow down operations and increase costs. A Systems Analyst will work cross-functionally with business units and IT teams to ensure that technology solutions align with business needs, improving collaboration and reducing miscommunication. By leveraging data analysis and system performance insights, they will help leadership make informed, strategic decisions that enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks. Additionally, hiring a Systems Analyst will lead to significant cost savings over time. Inefficiencies in systems and workflows often result in hidden costs, including unnecessary rework, system downtime, and operational delays. By focusing on preventative measures and continuous improvement, a Systems Analyst will help reduce these expenses. This role is essential in ensuring that our systems and processes are optimized for long-term success, ultimately driving better business outcomes, improved efficiency, and sustainable growth.

Required skills:

  • 4 years of Problem Identification: Identify and categorize problems based on their impact and urgency.
  • 4 years of Problem Investigation: Investigate problems to understand their root causes and impact.
  • 4 years of Solution Development: Develop and implement solutions, including temporary workarounds and permanent fixes.
  • 4 years of Problem Resolution: Ensure that problems are resolved within agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • 4 years of Problem Closure: Close problems after they have been resolved and documented.
  • 4 years of Communication: Keep stakeholders informed about the status of problems and solutions.
  • 4 years of Continuous Improvement: Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and continuously seek ways to improve Problem Management processes.
  • 4 years of Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • 2 years of Strong understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) to extract, transform, and load data, enabling businesses to use data for analysis and decision-making, extracting data from various sources, such as databases, files, and cloud services.
  • Bachelors or Master s degree in relevant field is preferred.
  • 1 years of ITIL Certification is preferred
  • 1 years of Certification in Azure Data Factory (ADF) preferred
