We are seeking an experienced Syteline Business Analyst to support, enhance, and optimize our Infor CloudSuite Industrial (Syteline) ERP environment. The ideal candidate will translate business needs into functional system solutions, improve end-to-end processes, and ensure the system supports operational excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze, document, and optimize business processes across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and operations within Syteline.
Gather, define, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
Support Syteline modules such as ERP, Materials, Manufacturing, Planning, Order Management, Purchasing, and Finance.
Perform system testing, UAT support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Production, Finance, and Leadership) to implement new features and enhancements.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Syteline tools (IDOs, Mongoose, SSRS, etc.).
Assist in upgrades, patches, migrations, integrations, and data validation activities.
Train end users and create supporting documentation and SOPs.
Ensure data integrity, system efficiency, and alignment with business goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
15+ years of hands-on experience as a Syteline or Infor CloudSuite Industrial Business Analyst.
Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes (BOM, routing, shop floor control, MRP/APS).
Experience with Syteline modules such as Order Entry, Planning, Inventory, Purchasing, Production, and Financials.
Proficiency with Mongoose framework, IDOs, workflows, and forms customization.
Experience with SQL, SSRS reporting, and data extraction/analysis.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field.
