Location - Alpharetta, Ga
Strong experience with JIRA and Client 360 -Ticket intake and creation. Client 360 can be learnt on the job so this isn t a problem if not.
Good experience with Incident Analysis and Documentation.
Good understanding of latest Trends in Incident management, IT Service management.
Able to create Strategies to avoid repeat incidents.
Able to do Root Cause Analysis.
Experience in prioritizing project TASKS.
Experience automating and managing Incident Intake.
Strong communication skills
