Role - Technical Analyst / Incident Manager

Location - Alpharetta, Ga

  • Strong experience with JIRA and Client 360 -Ticket intake and creation. Client 360 can be learnt on the job so this isn t a problem if not.

  • Good experience with Incident Analysis and Documentation.

  • Good understanding of latest Trends in Incident management, IT Service management.

  • Able to create Strategies to avoid repeat incidents.

  • Able to do Root Cause Analysis.

  • Experience in prioritizing project TASKS.

  • Experience automating and managing Incident Intake.

  • Strong communication skills
