Experience:

Minimum 7 years in Business Operations, ideally within Private Equity or Alternative Investments, with a proven record of leveraging GenAI technologies, especially in prompt engineering. Direct experience with Generative LLMs in a financial services context is essential.

Industry Domain Knowledge:

Deep familiarity with PE/AIM terminology, investment processes, and market dynamics; experience with LP relations, fundraising, and co-investment strategies is highly advantageous.

Technical Skills:

In-depth understanding of AI/ML concepts, proficient in Generative LLM powered applications, mastery of Agentic workflow techniques, adeptness with data analysis tools (Python, R, SQL), and familiarity with cloud platform Azure preferred.
