Job Title: Peoplesoft Absence Management and Time & Labour Lead
Location: Long Island City, NY (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Moths Contract

Role Description:

We need a Senior Consultant who is going to work on the upgradation of PeopleSoft Payroll and Human Resources System, Absence Management module. This person should be very highly experienced in Peoplesoft Absence Management, Time and Labor modules. The analyst will develop functional specifications, review existing modules, and recommend solutions to enhance/improve current implementations and migrate to Peoplesoft 9.2 version.

Minimum Requirements

  1. He/she should be very experienced in Peoplesoft HCM 9.1 and 9.2 versions.
  2. He/she should have strong knowledge of Peoplesoft Absence Management & Time and Labor modules upgrade from 9.1 to 9.2 versions.
  3. He/she should be able to perform AM and TL processes/customizations fit/gap analysis to determine the requirements and status with 9.2 version.
  4. He/she should have 9.2 AM configuration/calculation/online validation and batch experiences.
  5. He/she should have a good understanding of Oracle database structure.
