These main digital data types include digital voice, imaging (brain MRIs, PET scans), digital pen, transcriptions, and data collected via mobile apps. These pipelines will be focused on processing and preparing the data for analyses that will identify risk factors in cognitive aging and dementia. This position requires advanced programming skills (preferably in Python, R, or SQL), special attention to data provenance, and familiarity with version-control systems. This position is also expected to be proficient in scripting for file and text manipulation as required for standard data management requests.
