Overview
The Media Producer will support our growing thought leadership efforts as we expand into more media formats-including video, audio, and podcast content.
Responsibilities
Video Editing and Production:
Support in-person video and audio capture of webinars, panels, podcasts, and other live sessions. This includes managing equipment setup, ensuring high-quality recording, and coordinating logistics to support a smooth production experience.
Edit and assemble raw video footage from webinars, panels, podcasts, and other live and recorded sessions into polished, engaging content tailored for the wealth division's thought leadership initiatives and suitable for various platforms. Videos are distributed on the website, in email campaigns, on social media, on branch screens, and as part of other marketing initiatives .
Incorporate graphics, animations, and other visual elements to enhance video narratives and maintain brand consistency. Ensure all video and audio content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and messaging. Work closely with the thought leadership team to understand project objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Provide input on content planning to optimize video and audio integration. Ensure video meets ADA and corporate compliance guidelines. Review and edit video transcripts to ensure proper subtitling.
Podcast Editing and Production:
Record, edit, and produce high-quality podcast episodes, including editing, adding intros and outros, and other audio elements to enhance listener engagement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in media producing including video editing and podcasting, OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in media producing including video editing and podcasting.
Preferred qualifications: Extensive recording and editing background, preferably in marketing settings, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Wistia, Knowledge around ADA compliance, experience working in the financial services industry.
