About the Role

We're looking for a driven and experienced DAS Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll be on the front lines of wireless infrastructure, installing and maintaining Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) using top-tier equipment from RFS and JMA Wireless. If you enjoy hands-on work, solving technical challenges, and being part of a team that keeps people connected, this is the opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

  • Install and configure DAS components including antennas, remote units, base stations, and cabling
  • Route and secure coaxial and fiber optic cables through ceilings, walls, and conduits
  • Mount antennas and equipment in optimal locations for performance and coverage
  • Set up power systems and ensure proper grounding and safety compliance
  • Conduct system testing and walk tests to verify signal strength and coverage
  • Troubleshoot and resolve installation or performance issues on-site
  • Collaborate with RF engineers and project managers to ensure successful deployments
  • Maintain clear documentation and communicate progress with clients and team members

What We're Looking For

  • Experience with DAS systems, coaxial cable installation, and punchdown tools
  • Background in telecommunications, electrical, or RF engineering
  • Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions
  • Physically able to lift up to 39 lbs and assist with heavier equipment as needed
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • OSHA 10/30 Certification
  • RF Safety Certification
  • Manufacturer-specific training (e.g., JMA, RFS)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
